Integration in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA

Recognise associations and use for maintenance

The solution is based on a platform that has developed from the scheduling and SCM area. Master data objects are thereby not only interpreted as flat database tables, but can also be represented and transformed in their association as objects dependent at several levels. This is particularly useful if e.g. a supplier stops the production of several raw materials and you want to find out which recipes or articles are thereby affected to replace them in the master data with alternative ingredients. Planners also receive useful preview functions such as the sample scheduling of newly created recipes and the visualisation of resource use.

Reliability and confidence through certified integration into SAP ERP

The solution uses SAP authorisation concept and the existing SAP infrastructure. This is why it can be implemented and used productively within just a few weeks. ORSOFT is a close partner of SAP SE and a Microsoft ISV Gold Partner. SAP SE recommends ORSOFT Manufacturing Workbench which is based on the same interface technology. The SAP-certified solution ORSOFT Manufacturing Workbench is available in the SAP App Center. The roll out of the solution can also be implemented on the part of ORSOFT by the company's own IT department without additional consulting expense.

Proven functional range and release security

The solution is offered with an approved functional range. The recording of processes is not necessary. Within the scope of maintenance, new SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA releases are regularly supported easily.

Master data migration also from third systems

ORSOFT Master Data Workflow supports the batchorientated import of master data from third systems with database, XML and CSV interfaces. Test routines and consistency checks can be applied to the import process. Transformations are possible during the import of the external data and in the imported model as a mass alteration.
