For a fast and seamless implementation of our solutions we apply the following methods and concepts:
- Implementation method – generate real benefits for the user in a short time following an incremental approach
- Product conception – complement and enhance the leading ERP integration platform with real functional Add-ons
- Modeling method – common detailed data model for all planning levels
- Technology – cache data in a local RAM based database for fast processing
- Project method – start with a pilot using customer’s data to demonstrate the practicality and the functions offered instead of just showing PowerPoint slides
By strict application of those methods OR Soft achieves for our customers:
(1) minimal project risk
Under certain conditions OR Soft offers a free-of-charge pilot phase using SAP R/3 data of the customer. Customers can gain an overview on their data situation and the functions provided by the software using the pilot implementation. At the end of the pilot phase OR Soft is able to offer the implementation at a fixed price. We aim to implement the standard software in less than 3 months.
(2) cost-efficient projects
OR Soft Add-on solutions do not require extra infrastructure (server etc.), they only need a well-equipped PC. The solution can go through a step-by-step process, with early advantages for the users to avoid an "uncertain" big bang at the end of the implementation project. The standard scope of features is implemented at a fixed price.
(3) future-proof solutions
OR Soft solutions are based on standard software releases and thus are future-proof. Data quality in the leading system is improved by using OR Soft products, which benefits all users. OR Soft solutions does not require changes to business procedures of the leading system, rather, they just enhance them.
